CMS – Hydrogen
It allows to estimate the rate of hydrogen corrosion by measuring the amount of atomic hydrogen penetrating the metal of a pipeline. This method is designed to capture atomic hydrogen with a probe (sensing element) and measure its pressure in an isolated vessel, including time-dependent measurements
Technical options:
1. Manual
The gauge readings are logged by the operator using the Mobile Inspection Tablet;
2. Semi-automatic
Self-contained power supply with automatic measurement and saving;
3. Automatic
Mains Power supply with automatic execution and measurements transmission to the control system;
4. Wireless
Autonomous power supply with automatic execution and measurements transmission via wireless channels to the control system.
Key benefits:
Wide range of sensing element versions;
Selection of data collection method and power supply type according to characteristics of the operating facility;
Temperature range up to 260°C;
Pressure up to 42 MPa;
Insertion and removal of probes without stopping the process.
INGENIUM AIMS
The INGENIUM system is able to process large amounts of data, integrate operational process information from various sources, and interpret raw data. It synchronizes data over time, eliminating errors and losses to ensure analytical accuracy. This allows for real-time monitoring of the status of probes.
